A Houston House roundup from all the fun this year...
The home office reading nook was finished up with a large gallery wall. The wall is rounded out with our wedding song (Stagger Lee), Blakely puppy, maps of SC, the old Citadel, lyrics to "Take Me Out to the Ballgame", and the SC state seal.
Dining Chairs
I finally got around to painting the chairs and changing up the fabric. That reminds me- I haven't done a post on the finished room yet. To be continued.
Fireplace
I pulled the trigger on painting the brick fireplace. I lived with the brick two years to make sure I wanted a change, painted brick being so permanent. I'm glad it's painted now. Still needs styling... One day I'll get to that.
Basement Floors
Probably the biggest project all year has been the basement! Hubs is still working on the bathroom and mud room down there, but the floors are in and looking awesome.
Guest Room Redo
And finally, I participated in the One Room Challenge Link Party and redid the guest room.
Oh yeah, and we welcomed this girl to the family ;)
