One Room Challenge Link Party: The Final Reveal

Week One Week Two Week Three Week Four Week Five

Week 6... the finale! And thank God for that, because at 36 weeks pregnant it's getting harder to move around and do anything... well anything other than hit the bathroom for the 50th time or head to the fridge for yet another popsicle. So glad I got this room finished before baby girl arrives! Thanks again to Linda for hosting. It's been so much fun to see all of the participants' rooms come together, and great motivation along the way!

My goal was to create a cozy guest room, hopefully my guests will think that it is a warm and inviting space. Of course I choose to shoot the room on a rainy and overcast day, ha! That will teach me to wait until the last minute. And away we go with the pictures.

Now go check out the other rooms here  and here you won't be disappointed!

You have done a great job. I love the rocking chair and the floor lamp beside it as well as the floor length mirror and that gorgeous chest. You must be thrilled!

Oh you little stylist:) I love this room....it is eclectic....with the right amount of new and old! You know that is how I roll. Love how you raised the lamp with books so that they are both close to the same height. That makes a big difference. The warm colors with the pillow combination and rug. You did a great job here!

Ashley, this is so warm and inviting. I love all the thoughtful things you added for your guests (aka babysitters?) I love the trunk, large mirror, and rocking chair. But the word 'guest' is the sweetest touch. Well done and glad your baby waited until you were finished.
