I've always heard that having a little girl breaks the bank. The clothes, on the cute scale, are at the level of Riduculousable. I've bought this girl 5 outfits. I need to slow it down before the bank calls me.
In not so girl related news, but baby related nonetheless, I decided on a glider. I don't want to spend a bunch of $$$ on kiddy furniture that will be grown out of in a few years, but I told Hubs I did want to find a big cozy chair and ottoman. Let's face it, moms spend a lot of time sitting, feeding, and whatnotting in the nursery. I plan to do all my whatnotting in comfort. I sat in this chair at Babies R Us and fell in love. It was like sitting on a cloud. I just didn't love the price. The usual.
But alas, I didn't give up. I searched for the chair elsewhere, and found the best deal on Amazon (no shocker). If you aren't an Amazon Prime member yet, consider yourself flippin' crazy. Because you ARE. I found the chair and ottoman for HALF what it was at Babies R Us. It was even cheaper than the set at Walmart.
