Our house is a giant to do list, which don't get me wrong- I live for a project. I love this stuff. But it also keeps me up at night thinking of all the unfinished things I would love to accomplish, and the future plans I can't wait to tackle.

Foyer:

Living Room:

recessed lights- 2 over bay, 2 over fire place, 2 along kitchen wall, 2 at foyer wall

Dining Room:
shift chandelier over table and add ceiling medallion
take off chair rail

remove walls between dining room/kitchen and dining room/great room
add columns between dining room and great room

finish painting trim
light over sink
recessed lights- 4-6 outer perimeter
create pantry space with pull out shelves at breakfast bar

remove spanish tile, continue hardwoods from dining room
