Nursery Mirror & Dresser

I'm so glad I went back to the Ballard outlet (Ballard Backroom). I scored the Atoll mirror for a fraction of the price it is listed for in the magazine! (Like under $70 total good) Gah, we are so freaking spoiled here in Atlanta. Of course right when I got home, I had to hang it (six months pregnant and all). Hubs was out of town, what was I to do, wait on him? Ha!

I am just loving how it looks with the dresser! It is a girly mirror, but I think it reads coastal, too so it could be used in other rooms down the line. For now though, baby girl gets to enjoy it in her space. I've got plans to hang sconces on either side the mirror. If this weren't a kids room, I'd be dying to throw some colored glass vases on that dresser in varying sizes. But, I'm thinking heavy glass and nursery probably not a good idea? Can't wait to see it all come together!

I picked up a basket for diapers/wipes at Hobby Lobby that sort of matches the clothes hamper I got from Homegoods months ago. This dresser will double as a changing table for a while.

All my leftover fabrics... definitely saving these for a "big girl" room one day. I mean she'll need more pillows on a big girl bed, right?

Here's a closeup of the Anthropologie Violette knobs I ordered. I love them!

They really update this cheapo dresser I think. Can't believe how far this room has come in just 3 months. Just over 3 months until it changes big time again...... and is inhabited by a little girl.

Still to do:

hang sconces
finish gallery wall
small table
patch holes
finish baking baby....
